We deal in film licenses. In the German language market we market films ourselves in all formats – from cinema to video/DVD to pay TV and free TV. Our film library now holds over 700 films.

How many Splendid shares are there?
There are 8,900,000 ordinary share certificates each with a par-value of € 1.00. The managing board and the supervisory board at Splendid Medien AG decided on May, 11, 2005 to increase the company's capital stock by € 889.999 by issuing 889.999 new ordinary, registered shares, making use of the approved capital.
